Questions about paying
- Is there a subscription?
- No. You pay for the batch in front of you and nothing else. There are no seats, no monthly minimum and no credits to buy in advance or lose at renewal.
- What do I actually get for the money?
- Every photograph at full listing resolution — up to 8.3 megapixels — as a zip. The batch page keeps each original beside its result, so you can check what changed before you publish.
- Do I pay for photos that fail?
- Never. A photo that fails every retry produces no output, is excluded from the zip, and is not counted in the price. The report notes which frames did not make it and why.
- What if a batch comes back wrong?
- Contact us. If the fault is in our processing we will re-run the batch or refund it — you should not pay for output we got wrong.
